from "Vasekela Bushman" to "Sekele"; and adding the additional names
"Northwestern !Kung" and "Vasekele". An alternative spelling of the name
"Northwestern ǃKung" using U+01C3 LATIN LETTER RETROFLEX CLICK is also
added here.
