2016-01-15, splitting the code element 'ggo' for Southern Gondi into two
new code elements, 'esg' (Aheri Gondi) and 'wsg' (Adilabad Gondi), and
removing the Macrolanguage assignment of 'gon' from 'ggo' and adding it
to 'esg' and 'wsg'.
