   This registration tracks a change made to ISO 639-3 effective
   2011-05-18, splitting the code element 'bjq' for Southern
   Betsimisaraka Malagasy into two new code elements, 'bzc' (a new
   identifier for Southern Betsimisaraka Malagasy proper) and 'tkg'
   (Tesaka Malagasy).

   Note that no macrolanguage assignment for 'bzc' was made in ISO
   639-3, although 'bjq' had been encompassed by 'mlg' (Malagasy).
